The role

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer to develop and maintain large-scale AI systems that push the boundaries of enterprise AI. You will play a crucial role in designing AI architectures, fine-tuning models, optimizing vector databases, and deploying AI-driven applications that transform business workflows.

• Design and build scalable AI-powered solutions, integrating LLMs with real-world enterprise applications.
• Develop LLM fine-tuning workflows, optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and ensure AI assistant responses are fast, accurate, and contextually relevant.
• Design and maintain vector database solutions (FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone, ChromaDB) and work with knowledge graphs to enhance structured AI reasoning.
• Develop API endpoints, microservices, and implement MLOps best practices (CI/CD for AI, monitoring tools) to ensure seamless AI deployment and scaling.
• Monitor system performance, implement continuous model improvements, and stay ahead of cutting-edge AI/ML, NLP, and LLM research to drive innovation.

Required skills

• Strong experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, etc.), fine-tuning, and real-time inference.
• Proficiency in retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and knowledge graph structuring.
• Expertise in vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, ChromaDB, etc.) for efficient knowledge retrieval.
• Hands-on experience with AI model deployment, MLOps, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, LangChain, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Understanding of scalability, performance optimization, and security in AI applications.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment and thrive on solving complex AI challenges.

Preferred

• Experience with enterprise AI solutions, AI-powered search engines, or RAG-based systems.
• Familiarity with graph databases (Neo4j, ArangoDB) and knowledge management tools.
• Background in software engineering, AI ethics, or federated learning.
