Growth Marketing Manager

As our Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll have full ownership of Decidr’s customer acquisition funnel and will lead the charge in scaling our user base and market presence. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where you’ll experiment with growth strategies, optimise existing channels, and always keep the customer journey at the forefront of your decision-making.

We know you have a strong track record in scaling B2B businesses and driving revenue growth, and we want to tap into that expertise. The role

  • Owning the Acquisition Funnel: You’ll take full responsibility for driving growth across multiple acquisition channels, including SEO, paid search, social media, and email marketing.
  • Experimenting with Growth Levers: Build, test, and optimise growth experiments to validate new channels and improve ROI across existing ones. Your strong analytical mindset will be key in running A/B tests and extracting actionable insights.
  • Managing Campaigns: Lead high-impact paid marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn, focusing on maximising ROI and scaling customer acquisition.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use tools like Google Analytics to track key performance metrics, identify trends, and report on the success of campaigns. You’ll be responsible for optimising cost-per-lead, conversion rates, and overall customer lifetime value.
  • Driving Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO): Analyse every stage of the customer journey to improve conversion rates, ensuring we’re constantly enhancing how we engage with and retain customers.

  • You’re a marketing leader who’s passionate about scaling businesses. You have experience growing B2B platforms, and your track record in optimising acquisition funnels speaks for itself.
  • You’re customer-obsessed and commercially minded, able to balance the top and bottom line while driving innovation in how we approach growth.
  • Data is your language—you thrive on analytics, and you’re always looking for ways to improve performance through testing, iteration, and insight.
