What You’ll Do
- Define & own the strategy – Set a clear roadmap that delivers real customer impact.
- Drive product adoption & growth – Own the product lifecycle beyond MVP and scale it fast.
- Engage with customers – Work directly with foundation & partner clients to refine and optimise the product.
- Make data-driven decisions – Use customer insights, analytics, and market trends to prioritise features.
- Collaborate across teams – Partner with engineering, sales, and marketing to bring products to life.
- **Track performance & impact **– Define KPIs and ensure alignment with company-wide goals.
- Stay ahead of the market – Spot trends, analyse competitors, and find new opportunities for growth.
What We’re Looking For
- **Experience: **3-5 years in product management, ideally within SaaS or AI-driven platforms.
- **Product Ownership: **A track record of owning & launching 2-3 major products with real impact.
- Technical Fluency: Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and AI platforms (bonus, but not a must).
- Stakeholder Influence: Ability to align teams, drive decisions, and get things done.
- Bias for Action: You move fast, iterate quickly, and focus on delivering value over perfection.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity and able to create structure in chaos.
- **Customer-First Approach: **Skilled at gathering insights, refining products, and building relationships.
