About you

As a founder of one of Decidr’s AI ventures, you’ll be a key player in shaping the future of AI-powered business. We’re looking for someone who:

• Has the drive to build and lead successful ventures, and the chutzpah to create solutions for complex challenges — with or without previous experience!
• Understands operations inside and out, and is skilled at fostering relationships across markets and functions.
• Can take on any challenge, break it down and develop structured, strategic solutions. 
• Thrives in ambiguity and knows how to bring clarity to complex business cases.
• Has led teams, projects or companies, motivating others toward shared goals and navigating the ups and downs of the journey.
• Has the drive, grit and creativity to build something impactful from the ground up.
