The role

You will play a key role in designing and implementing the tools, policies, and strategies needed to build a thriving and engaged team to ensure we can execute our goals.

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract, recruit, and onboard top talent, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate-to-employee experience.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, offer and onboarding.  Maintain and improve Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Foster a strong, inclusive, and innovative workplace culture that aligns with Decidr's mission, values, and growth objectives, creating initiatives that inspire and motivate teams.
  • Manage core People Ops functions while ensuring scalability for Decidr’s growth
  • Design and implement performance review systems, career development plans, and continuous feedback mechanisms to support employee growth

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience in recruitment within the tech industry, preferably in startups or scaleups.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and compliance in a startup environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement HR strategies while actively contributing to operational needs.
  • Passion for creating scalable solutions that align with the company’s growth trajectory.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple job requisitions and stakeholders - through reporting, rapport building and communication 
  • Data-driven approach to hiring utilising insights from reports around time to hire, advertising ROI, sourcing channel effectiveness, pipeline capability, candidate experience and recruitment costs.
  • A general interest in AI and its transformative impact on business workflows.
