Decidr and Go1 join forces to level-up learning
We're proud to announce that we have signed a partnership with corporate learning giant Go1.
The collaboration will explore the integration of Decidr’s AI-driven technology with Go1’s extensive learning and development (L&D) content to deliver personalised career pathways and upskilling recommendations.
The partnership aims to enhance workforce development by leveraging AI to tailor learning experiences for individuals and organisations. Decidr’s AI-powered solutions will enable businesses to make smarter, data-driven decisions about employee training, bridging skills gaps and optimising career mobility.

As part of the agreement, Decidr will develop AI-driven learning tools designed to enhance the user experience within Go1’s platform. These tools include:
- AI Tutor – A personalised learning assistant that curates customised learning playlists from Go1’s vast content library, helping employees advance their careers.
- AI Tutor for Job Seekers – An AI tool embedded in Decidr’s partner ecosystem, offering targeted upskilling recommendations based on career aspirations.
- AI Learning Advisor – A data-driven solution enabling hiring managers to assess the return on investment (ROI) of upskilling candidates, allowing for strategic workforce planning.

The collaboration with Go1 adds to Decidr’s growing strategic partnerships in the HR and workforce development space, complementing existing alliances with ELMO, The Growth Faculty, and CareerOne.
